Job-search site is all a-Twitter

Online job-search site Workhound is launching a beta version of its Twitter job-search application, which alerts candidates to the highest paid jobs in a particular sector.

Twitter lets users send short updates or 'tweets' to the Twitter website, to a mobile phone via text messaging or through instant messaging.

Workhound director William Fischer told Recruiter the application is part of its strategy to incorporate job searches into other web experiences. "We can't always expect people to come to us," he said.
