TechNET appoints Riddington first female director

TechNET, the recruitment agency operating under the umbrella of Ascent Group, has appointed Emily Riddington as the newest board member and first female director.

Riddington began working with TechNET nearly a decade ago when she joined as a newcomer to the recruitment sector. During her time with the company, she has established herself as a top biller, demonstrating her leadership skills by successfully managing her own team of 360 (all-round) consultants.

She has also played a crucial role in building TechNET CxO, the recruiter’s executive search brand, from the ground up, showcasing her exceptional understanding of senior hires and her ability to lead a specialist team.

Throughout her time with TechNET, Riddington has achieved eight promotions, reflecting her continuous growth and the significant value she brings to the company.
