• Four Recruitment has appointed Craig Stevenson as its chief revenue officer. He has previously worked for global organisations including Worldpay and Yell. Stevenson will be responsible for driving growth plans and supporting key strategic initiatives.

• Global executive search firm Grace Blue has appointed Mark Wang as its new senior consultant to support APAC CEO Helen Duffy in expanding the Grace Blue business offering in China. Based in Beijing, Wang will support Grace Blue’s clients in the market and lead new business efforts as part of the company’s APAC expansion plans and wider global strategy. Previously, Wang was CEO of global communications firm Edelman in China, and formerly the MD of advertising consulting firm Ogilvy One Beijing.

• Recruitment solutions firm greenbean has appointed Sarah Hunt as associate director of client solutions. Hunt, an industry veteran with more than 25 years’ experience in the contact centre industry, will spearhead the launch of greenbean’s new contact centre recruitment and training solution GROW (Get Ready for Opportunities at Work), and Talent Advisory Services.

• Heidrick & Struggles has appointed John Berisford to its board of directors as an independent director and member of the human resources and compensation committee of the board. With the appointment of Berisford, the board will comprise eight directors, seven of whom are independent. Berisford most recently served as president of S&P Global Ratings and was responsible for all aspects of the business including commercial, analytical, control and operations functions.

• Outsourced payroll solutions and employee benefits provider HIVE360 has made appointments and promotions across its team. Sophie Webber joins as marketing assistant to work alongside HIVE360’s head of marketing Lucy Cheatham; the sales and business development team, led by Eric Holland, has added Abbigail Linehan as sales manager. In addition, HIVE360 has promoted Cherie Reid to account manager, 12 months since she joined as a trainee engagement assistant. Jordan Thomas also started at HIVE360 as a trainee payroll administrator, joining straight from school in 2018, and is promoted to senior payroll administrator.

• Liquid Friday, an umbrella payroll and outsourcing provider, has appointed Del Williams as chief revenue officer (CRO). Williams brings over 15 years of experience and a “deep” understanding of the dynamics and challenges of the UK temp labour market, according to the company. As CRO, Williams will work closely with the Liquid Friday board and internal teams to develop strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
