• Bristol-based recruitment company Baltimore Consulting has promoted Lauren Cox to head of marketing. Cox has worked for Baltimore since 2015, when it was under the Opus Professional Services Group umbrella, and alongside CEO Charmaine Vincent, led the rebrand of Baltimore Consulting in 2021.

• Talent acquisition partner Cielo has appointed Leslie Stroope as its new chief financial officer. Stroope is responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, audit, tax and treasury. Most recently, she was vice-president of finance, sales and operations CFO at EmployBridge and has a background in industrial staffing, pharmaceutical, financial services and manufacturing sectors.

• iSG Technology Talent Partners has appointed Amelia Thompson as delivering consultant in Leeds. She will be responsible for identifying and placing candidates in preferred roles, and embedding them within those organisations.

• Randstad has appointed Jorge Vazquez and Myriam Beatove Moreale as members of the executive board for a four-year term. Cees ’t Hart, Laurence Debroux and Jeroen Drost are appointed as members of the supervisory board for a four-year term.
