• Payroll firm Deel has acquired US visa provider Legalpad. The acquisition will ensure that talent can be matched to opportunities, while helping companies hire the top talent they want. Deel says its plan is to integrate Legalpad’s team of mobility experts and software with its current immigration organisation and improve capabilities in the product.

• Kingdom Services Group has acquired Mercury Personnel Solutions, a specialist recruitment firm to the fresh produce, horticulture, warehouse and distribution sectors. The company is now branded as Kingdom Mercury. Mercury Personnel managing director Robert Carter and operations director Gary Turner will continue to lead the company, along with the existing senior management team.
