QX Global acquires 80% stake in US Chazey Partners

Business process outsourcing firm QX Global Group has announced the acquisition of an 80% stake in Austin, Texas-based Chazey Partners.

A management consulting and advisory firm specialising in business and digital transformation, Chazey has expertise in robotic process automation and AI.

According to a QX statement, the two companies will work to deliver solutions that cover transformative consulting, digital services and customised business process outsourcing. QX group CEO Frank Robinson said: “The addition of Chazey will allow us to help organisations solve their most significant barrier to growth – digital adoption and business transformation at scale.”

Chazey’s CEO and founder Phil Searle will join QX Global Group’s board as chief transformation officer. Chazey has global representation in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ireland, Turkey and India. 

QX has offices in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and India.
