Blackfinch Ventures investment in Candidate.ID tops £1.3m

Venture capital firm Blackfinch Ventures has invested £700k into recruitment software developer Candidate.ID, a year after investing an initial £630k into the firm.

As reported by insider.co.uk, the Blackfinch funding, which now totals £1.3m, will enable Candidate.ID to focus on revenue growth plans while further developing the machine-learning technology behind the recruitment software solution. 

Insider.co.uk quoted Reuben Wilcock, ventures director at Blackfinch, as saying: “We chose to invest in Candidate.ID because we believe in the team’s vision for automated talent recruitment and a more positive experience for jobseekers.”
