Career change? Score a coaching position for Manchester United

Fancy exchanging the world of recruitment for being assistant boss at Premier League behemoth Manchester United?

According to a LinkedIn posting, Manchester United are on the hunt for an assistant coach for their women’s team.

While Manchester United boasts the record number of league title wins of any club, up until now they have not had a women’s team.

The club is currently attempting to put that right, having tabled an application to the FA to join the second tier of the women’s football league.

According to the post, the assistant coach will be responsible for supporting the head coach in ensuring exemplary standards of coaching, player analysis and data tracking, contributing to the recruitment of players, and the monitoring and evaluation of player and coach performance. They must also play a part in creating a culture that maximises the talent of each player and the important role in supporting the development squad coaches.

So all that recruitment experience will not go to waste!
