Doggie day care café seeks human recruits

Do you like dogs? If our recent coverage of all your canine consultants is anything to go by, then here’s the pawfect role for someone.

The Manchester Evening News is reporting a dog café in the city is seeking staff to take care of its canine clientele.

The Central Bark café, where dog-less visitors can play with the residents, is housed within a 14,000 sq ft doggy day care centre and is looking for enthusiastic people who love dogs.

Their advert says: “You will need to be self motivated and enjoy the challenge of organising activities for making our dogs active and having fun each day.

“You will need to be a strong character that can handle dogs of all sizes, and not afraid to get down and dirty with the dogs. Your duties include feeding dogs, being active with the dogs, walking dogs in all weathers, cleaning up after the dogs, keeping and maintaining the facility to a high standard and able to follow procedures.”

Good luck and give us a ruff idea how you got on if you do apply – be it a howling success or a faint whimper.
