B&M adds it is looking for candidates with experience, which includes, but not limited to:

•    Being first in the queue in the office kitchen whenever someone says there’s cake
•    Prioritising your plate over yourself when tripping over at a buffet
•    Going to gatherings because there is free food
•    Valuing the importance of a fish finger sandwich in life
•    Being able to put together a power point presentation on why curly fries are nicer than chips
