Invenias throws Darwin customers a lifeline

Invenias is providing a rescue package for customers of 1-Click Software, also known as Darwin, following the closure of the recruitment software provider.

In a statement, released yesterday, cloud-based platform for executive and strategic hiring Invenias revealed Darwin’s closure meant it could no longer provide services to its more than 80 client base.

The firm added Darwin approached Invenias about providing an ongoing service to its clients, with 71 clients successfully migrated onto the Invenias platform within a period of four weeks.

Invenias says it has now set about introducing Darwin customers to its platform, which included the migration of data and the setting up in Invenias, along with training and support enabling them to get the most out of the software. Invenias added Darwin’s training and support team has joined the Invenias team to ensure that customers can talk to people they already know and trust to guide them on their move over from Darwin to Invenias.

When contacted by Recruiter, Darwin director Mike Chatha confirmed Darwin’s staff and customers have been taken on by Invenias, while the company is in the process of closing and will no longer provide services.

Explaining why Darwin turned to Invenias, the statement says Chatha felt they were the best company in the market to offer the company a viable alternative that would continue to meet the needs to candidates and clients alike.
