Travelodge creates 1,000 roles over the summer

Travelodge is seeking to fill 1,000 positions across its UK network this summer.

In a statement, released this week, the independent hotel chain revealed that of this number, 700 permanent roles need filling immediately, while the remaining 300 jobs will cover the summer period.

Available permanent roles include hotel manager, assistant hotel manager, receptionists, bar café team members, housekeeping and guest room cleaners. The summer jobs include the following roles: receptionists, bar café team member and guest room cleaners.

Travelodge adds the roles have been designed to work around people’s other commitments such as childcare and university programmes.
