FINANCIALS: Korn Ferry International reveals revenue rise

Global people and organisational advisory firm Korn/Ferry International has seen year-on-year revenue increase 11%, which it attributes mainly to its September 2015 acquisition of HR adviser Hay Group.

Korn Ferry CEO Gary Burnison said: “I am pleased to report an 11% increase in fee revenue to $382m and strong profitability with adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.53 and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $55m during our recently completed third quarter, benefitted by the acquisition of Hay Group.”
