Recruiters account for six of The Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list this year, with blue-collar staffing specialist Blue Arrow the top-ranked recruiter in 51st place overall.
The full list, published in this Sunday’s edition of The Sunday Times, is restricted to firms with at least 250 full-time employees and is compiled for The Sunday Times by work engagement specialist Best Companies.
Recruiters by ranking include:

- Pertemps Recruitment Partnership (71)
- Randstad CPE (76)
- PageGroup (77)
- Guidant Group (81)
Meanwhile, the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) ranked 44th in The Sunday Times ‘Best 100 Not for Profit Companies’.
