Neil Jones has returned to HR outsourcing company Pontoon to take up the post of managing director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Jones, previously a founder of Pontoon’s business in Asia, returns to the company having served as Adecco’s chief executive for Australia.

In a related development, Zain Wadee, previously UK MD of Adecco Group’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider hyphen, which announced plans to integrate into sister company Pontoon in October last year, has moved on to talent solutions business Randstad Sourceright as MD for the EMEA region.

A spokesperson for Randstad Sourceright confirmed Wadee’s move, adding his remit will be to continue to expand the Randstad Sourceright portfolio and further drive total talent solutions to its clients.

A spokesperson for Pontoon told Recruiter as the group now has a regional leadership team for EMEA, Wadee’s position of UK MD at Pontoon will not be replaced.
