Tim Kemp has joined executive search and consulting specialists Norman Broadbent Group as managing director in its HR and professional services practices. 

Kemp spent the last eight years at executive search firms Korn Ferry and CTPartners, and previously to working in executive recruitment he was a partner with professional services firms PwC and Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson). 

Earlier in his career he was also a director of professional services firm Deloitte and worked as a director within the Cabinet Office for HM Government.
