Built environment staffing specialist Daniel Owen has appointed Bernard Ward to its board.

Ward, previously managing director at technical recruiter CBSbutler and managing director for EMEA at recruitment giant Reed Global, will be responsible for growing the firm’s Bristol and Birmingham offices in line with the company’s growth strategy.
