Global human capital solutions provider CareerBuilder has expanded into background screening with the acquisition of Aurico, a provider of background screening and drug testing.

Aurico’s secure screening solutions are configurable and can be integrated with CareerBuilder’s pre-hire platform or a client’s existing applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR information system.

CareerBuilder’s pre-hire platform offers sourcing, mass job distribution, automatic candidate relationship management (CRM), workflow management and analytics.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
