Woo launches to attract passive tech talent

Woo, an Israeli-based platform aiming to lure passive jobseekers in the tech industry, has launched out of testing mode, according to news site Fast Company.

Woo, an Israeli-based platform aiming to lure passive jobseekers in the tech industry, has launched out of testing mode, according to news site Fast Company. 

Recruiters will only be able to see a profile if it’s a match based on the candidate’s terms. Once a match is made, the candidate will get a glimpse inside the company culture via photos and videos that company posts. If a company has no visuals, a Woo photographer can provide that service.
