Executive search firm Warren Partners has appointed Laurence Vallaeys as director, working to further strengthen the firm’s capability in senior executive and non-executive roles in the FMCG, retail and leisure sectors.

With more than 20 years’ experience in executive search, Vallaeys was most recently partner at global search firm CTPartners in the global consumer, retail and hospitality practice.

In 2002 she set up the European consumer and leisure practice at global search firm Odgers Berndtson, where she led the practice for seven years, before launching a CMO practice at a boutique search firm.
