Maple Resourcing, specialist recruiter to the construction & property, rail & infrastructure and engineering sectors, has appointed John Foster within its rail division. 

Foster joins from construction, rail and public sector recruiter Coyle Personnel where he was a recruitment manager.

Meanwhile, Julian Taylor joins the firm as international business executive.

Both are based in London.
