Helen Lacey, founder of multi-sector recruiter Red Berry Recruitment has been appointed as the new chair of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Somerset branch.

Lacey has been a member of the Somerset committee for three years.
She founded Red Berry Recruitment in 2007.
