Global executive search firm Korn Ferry International has seen fee revenue increase 13% on a constant currency basis, according to results for the quarter ended 31 July 2015.

The US-headquartered firm’s results for the quarter reveal fee revenue of US$267.4m (£174m) and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.47, excluding integration/acquisition costs of $0.7m.

Chief executive Gary Burnison pointed to “outsized” results for the group’s online executive recruiting service Futurestep, which saw revenue grow 27% year-on-year at constant currency.

Executive recruitment fee revenue in EMEA, however, decreased 10% ($30,090 from $40,297).
