Business process outsourcing provider Capita has appointed Ben Jackson director of talent acquisition for group sales and transformation.

Jackson will recruit sales professionals responsible for major contract bids, joint venture activity and the group’s management consultancy.

He is also a founder and managing director at management consultancy Talent Punk, while his most recent external position was as head of business development at volume recruitment services specialist Gradweb.

Capita says Jackson’s appointment is because it anticipates “significant” growth across these areas of the business.

Meanwhile, Aaron Webster has moved from the group’s executive search firm Veredus to lead an internal team dedicated to recruiting senior talent into Capita.
