US-listed professional recruiter Hudson Global yesterday confirmed the sale of its Americas IT staffing business to Mastech, an IT staffing specialist.

As previously reported by Recruiter, the deal was worth a cash purchase price of $17m (£10.9m) plus about $3m of working capital of the business retained by Hudson.
