Global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and human capital consulting firm WilsonHCG has expanded its London-based EMEA resourcing centre. 

The centre, which supports clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa [EMEA], has taken on an undisclosed number of resourcers, as well as account co-ordinators and other support roles. 

It has also launched a learning and development platform specifically designed to upskill its resourcing specialists and ensure they know how to build talent communities, source passive candidates, conduct behavioural-based interviews, promote employment brands and execute recruitment marketing campaigns.
