Recruitment giant Adecco has acquired Canadian career transition, talent and leadership development and recruitment services provider Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions for C$80m (£53.1m).

Recruitment giant Adecco has acquired Canadian career transition, talent and leadership development and recruitment services provider Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions for C$80m (£53.1m).

In a statement, Adecco said it plans to merge the company with Adecco subsidiary Lee Hecht Harrison, which also specialises in career transition and talent mobility.

Knightsbridge subsidiary Axsium will be spun off into a separate company and is not part of the acquisition.
