Former Recruiter Award winner to feature in Channel 4 documentary

Former Recruiter Awards for Excellence winner Jane Vincent, managing director of commercial and industrial staffing specialist Candelisa, along with her team, will be the subject of a Channel 4 fly-on-the-wall documentary set to air later this year.

Former Recruiter Awards for Excellence winner Jane Vincent, managing director of commercial and industrial staffing specialist Candelisa, along with her team, will be the subject of a Channel 4 fly-on-the-wall documentary set to air later this year.
Last summer, production company Dragonfly TV, the makers of Channel 4’s One Born Every Minute, issued a call to recruiters to take part in the show.
Channel 4 announced yesterday [11 February] The Recruitment Agency is to follow Candelisa’s team in their day-to-day activities – from giving candidates creative role-playing, advice on personal hygiene, through to filling the jobs for its candidates.
Vincent set up Horizon Recruitment in 1997 and scooped the award for Best Regional Recruitment Firm at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence in 2004 and 2007.
She is described by the programme makers as a “one woman whirlwind” who along with her loyal team “works tirelessly to woo major clients” in the aim of becoming a major player in the recruitment world.
