The firm’s RPO offering has been divided into two services to allow organisations to customise their resourcing solutions and the levels of support they want to receive.

RPO Essentials is available at a fixed price and focuses on offering small organisations the core recruitment functions necessary to help lower costs and reduce time-to-hire. Meanwhile, RPO Bespoke is fully customisable and aims to maximise recruitment effectiveness for medium to large businesses.

Both service ranges offer clients scalable recruitment support, as well as providing employee value proposition and employer branding guidance.
