Cordant Group has launched a high-end recruitment agency, Grays Executive, to focus on board and senior executive levels in the UK and mainland Europe.

The focus will be initially within the finance and accountancy sectors.

Grays Executive is based in London’s Kings Cross redevelopment area and headed by Simon Bell. Bell has spent 18 years in senior recruitment, including three years as managing director of Michael Page’s executive search arm, Page Executive.

Bell says Grays Executive will offer a management development programme for people to get career guidance. Grays also will monitor their progress and mentor them after their placement.

Cordant Group, which has an annual turnover of £536m, also provides facilities management services – mechanical and electrical contracting, security and cleaning.
