Rob Fleming, co-founder of cable, satellite, IPTV and gateway technologies provider Pace, and former Relay Recruitment business manager, Kate Hill, have formed Cubed Resourcing.

The specialist recruiter will focus on the electronics, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing and related supply chain markets.

Headquartered in Wetherby, North Yorkshire and with a national reach, Cubed is aiming to headhunt middle management and emerging talent in these sectors, rather than executive grades and ‘high fliers’.

Fleming said that Cubed’s approach is one of “joint enterprise and consultancy”.

“We're definitely not going to be on the periphery of things, only to be called upon to fill short-term gaps. We're about adding value to a client’s five-year business plan, as well as its day-to-day needs.”

The company has been getting itself ready throughout the first half of the year, and started formally this month.
