Opening at the beginning of August, the new office will work closely with the recruiter’s Hong Kong team, which covers China. Chris Frost, director and founder of Cogs Agency, will relocate to Singapore to establish the business and oversee further expansion across the APAC region.

In a press statement, Frost said: “The demand for digital talent across Asia remains strong yet talent is scarce.”

The Cogs Agency, which employs 45 people, has offices in London, Berlin and Hong Kong.
