Executive recruitment specialist BIE Executive has appointed Marc Sigrist as operations director.

Sigrist joins having spent over six years with Badenoch & Clark in the UK, where he was most recently responsible for overhauling the company’s performance management system.

He brings a wide range of skills including board-level participation and project delivery, training and coaching recruitment teams to be successful across multiple sectors.
