Manchester-based senior financial recruitment firm, Rowan Finance has appointed Katie Seabrook as a consultant.

Seabrook joins from public services provider, Amey where she held the position of internal recruitment consultant for over four years. She will continue in recruiting part qualified through to newly qualified accountants.
