Atkins’ Marsh, LV= recruiting team lead Recruiter Awards

Chris Marsh, director of resourcing at the international design, engineering and project management organisation Atkins, was named In-House Recruitment Leader of the Year last night (7 May) at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2014, in association with Anderson Group.

Winners of the Best Recruitment Team were LV= Resourcing, which impressed the judges with their LV= iPhone App and involvement in driving the insurance company’s growth strategies, among other achievements.

Also winning in-house recruitment accolades at the glittering Awards gala, held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, were:

  • Best Candidate Experience: The Co-operative Bank
  • Most Effective Employer Brand Development: Jaguar Land Rover in partnership with Pink Squid
  • Most Effective Recruitment Marketing Campaign: Lyle & Scott in partnership with Beringer Tame
  • Best Global/International Recruitment Strategy: Atkins
  • Best Graduate Recruitment Strategy: Kent County Council
  • Best Apprentice/School Leaver Recruitment Strategy: Nestle in partnership with Capp
  • Innovation in Recruitment: Boots in partnership with Cubiks. Sponsored by Hamilton Bradshaw
  • Best Embedded Recruitment Team: Hays Talent Solutions at American Express

Other Awards presented with particular significance to the in-house community were:

  • Recruitment Technology Innovation of the Year: CEB for their situational judgement tests with integrated multimedia capability.
  • Outstanding Outsourced Recruitment Organisation: Pinstripe & Ochre House
