Strategic Resources, the provider of recruitment and associated services to the energy industry, has promoted Gary Gray to the new position of associate director with the Aberdeen company.

Gray, who previously held the role of senior recruitment consultant, has worked with Strategic Resources since 2005.
His appointment as associate director follows the addition of two new faces to the Strategic Resources’ team. Graduates Matthew Foster and Aga Kartasinska joined the company in the latter half of 2013 as a recruitment consultant and a commercial assistant respectively.
