Vendor neutral specialist in managing temporary workforces in the NHS and private healthcare sectors de Poel Clarity has succeeded in acquiring compliance companies CompliWithUs and Compliance Passport.

The deal was completed through de Poel’s parent company Brookfield Rose in December. The acquisitions are a first for Clarity, which launched last July [2013].

Founder of CompliWithUs, Craig Tibbles, will continue to support the businesses and remain in his role.
