Thu, 21 Nov 2013French-based HR and employment services firm Synergie Group has acquired Spanish temporary recruitment agency Solempleo for €12m (£10m).

Synergie’s subsidiaries include UK-based Acorn People.

Solempleo has 11 offices across Spain, five of which are in the North-West province of Galicia, where it has its headquarters.

The acquisition means that with growth Synergie says it should reach €100m turnover in Spain in 2014, coming from Solempleo and existing operations.
