Interim managers busier, says Executives Online

Interim managers are more likely to be on an assignment and feel busier than they did two years ago, according to research by interim management and executive recruitment company Executives Online.

In its biennial ‘UK Interim Report’, Executives Online reports that 63% of interims says they are as busy or busier than a year ago, an increase of 19%.

More than a quarter (27%) say they are busier this year, up from the 20% recorded two years ago.  

The average number of days billed in the last year by interim managers was 152, up from an average of 135 reported in 2011 and 2009.
