AIM-listed staffing firm Empresaria has appointed Shore Capital and Corporate as its nominated adviser and Shore Capital Stockbrokers as sole broker.

The two arms of Shore Capital take over the reins at Empresaria with immediate effect from previous adviser Altium and previous broker Allenby Capital.
