Japanese staffing group Recruit Co has acquired outright Indian executive search firm NuGrid Consulting – Recruit's second move into the broader Asian executive recruitment market.
Wed, 21 Aug 2013Japanese staffing group Recruit Co has acquired outright Indian executive search firm NuGrid Consulting – Recruit's second move into the broader Asian executive recruitment market.

It follows the news in May that Recruit had acquired Asia-wide executive search firm Bó Lè Associates. In both cases, the acquisition was made by RGF Hong Kong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Recruit.

NuGrid, which has 70 staff and was formed in 1998, is to rebrand as RGF Executive Search India.

In India, Recruit has been operating in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore under the RGF brand since 2011, with the RGF brand also having been the first Recruit operation to reach beyond Japanese shores, in 2007.
