Rebecca Martin-Cortez, Brakes’ head of recruitment, says: “We are interested in recruiting for the here and now but also have plans to really utilise the talent pooling functions and job marketing features.”

Brakes has more than 10,000 staff working across 80 locations. The ongoing contract covers recruiting across all group vacancies.
