Consulting and resourcing firm ea Consulting Group is creating a new permanent recruitment operation.

The company as a whole operates two divisions, a consulting operation and its much larger resourcing segment, which recruits change management staff for the banking and insurance sector.

Managing director Neil Candeland, tells Recruiter that “the change environment is humungous” with overhaul in the City at the moment, and says he is confident of growth in the market.

Candeland, who joined the company three months ago, adds that the company will station three permanent members of staff based at the new offices near London’s Bank station, which open today. The new offices place the company closer to clients and potential clients in the City.
