Human capital and workforce management firm Allegis Group Services has entered into a strategic alliance with Brazilian HR solutions provider Grupo Empreza.

The alliance will drive recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service provider (MSP) offerings, as well as executive search and talent advisory services in Brazil.

Helena B Machado Ribeiro, Empreza president, says: “The strong economic activity in Brazil stimulates competition for qualified professionals and the unemployment rate remains at historically low levels.

“Factors such as these attract new players and international groups with a focus on recruitment, management of labour and outsourcing services, so we're at the right time, right place, with the right global partner, and our team is enthusiastic and eager to start working together.”
