International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Gbenga Olufeyisan as new country manager to run its Lagos office.  

Olufeyisan joins Pedersen & Partners after working as a recruiter in the IT & telecommunications, oil & gas and FMCG sectors. Before moving to the recruitment industry, he worked in corporate sales in the oil & gas and telecom markets.Amien Nanabhay, head of Sub-Saharan Africa and country manager for South Africa, says: “We see an excellent promise in Nigeria and we wanted to build on that promise by appointing a leader that has a strong local business experience and is able to understand management talent needs from the point of view of our Nigerian clients.”
