The talent management consultancy arm of consulting and executive search firm Jackson Samuel will move to management, IT and technology consultancy firm PA Consulting Group on 3 September.

Jackson Samuel’s executive search division will continue to operate under the same name, although PA Consulting has acquired certain intellectual property rights.

The departing team of five consultants is lead by Jackson Samuel co-founder Lesley Uren, who will become a member of PA’s management group. The team itself joins its new firm’s people and operations practice, and will continue to focus on internal talent identification and retention.

Uren was previously a senior consultant and practice leader for HR consultancy Towers Watson, and has 15 years of corporate and HR experience across the UK, Australia and Asia within high-profile multinationals including PepsiCo and financial services firm Rothmans.
