Recruitment and HR consultancy Exclusive has appointed Clare Fenwick as a principal consultant.

She will recruit at a senior manager and director level, including for non-executive directors, across the North of England.

Fenwick has previously worked with outplacement consultancy The Connect Team and on the Channel Islands as an executive search consultant to global clients in the offshore financial services industry. She has over 16 years’ recruitment and career development experience.
