Financial services executive search firms Global Sage and The Rose Partnership have signed an agreement “aimed at creating the world’s leading financial services search firm”, a jointly-issued statement says.
Both have signed a ‘Letter of Intent’, following which they will co-locate teams in London and Hong Kong.
The agreement also identifies potential joint projects and new product offerings.
Philippa Rose, founder of London-based The Rose Partnership, says “We are determined to be able to offer a global service to clients while still maintaining our boutique culture.”
Global Sage chief executive John Wright notes that the companies “have a similar history, a common vision and the same core values”.
