Talent and technology consultancy Volt Information Sciences has made Ron Kochman its president and chief executive.

Interim chief financial officer James Whitney Mayhew has also been appointed chief financial officer, while company co-founder Jerry Shaw rejoins the board.Kochman has held various executive roles at Volt over the past 25 years, most recently senior vice president of strategic planning.

Mayhew was with professional services firm KPMG for over 21 years, before joining Volt in 2010.

Kochman says: “Our goal is to keep Volt at the forefront of customised talent, technology and consulting solutions by continuing to meet our client’s evolving needs while driving efficiency improvements throughout our business.
