Care provider Hica Home Care is expanding its domiciliary care operations in Lincolnshire, creating 100 new jobs.

It is hiring 50 people immediately, with another 50 to be recruited across the next six months.

Hica At Home managing director Penni Brown says the immediate hiring demand comes “because we have seen a big increase in demand recently in Lincoln, Louth, Market Rasen and the surrounding villages.

“People are living longer and there is a continued drive to enable people to enjoy a better quality of life through supporting them to live more independently and remain in their own homes for as long as possible.”
